How do I add contacts in the OneDay mobile app?



  1. After you've created and edited a video you'll be on the "Share Video" screen. 
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Add" to the right of recipients.
  3. You can select "App Contact List," "Enter Email/Phone Number," or "Select from my Phone Contacts."
  4. If you haven't created a video yet, on the "Home" screen, tap "Contacts" at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap "+ Add Contact" in the top left-hand corner
        1. Choose “Enter New Contact” or “Select from my Phone Contacts”
        2. Select "Choose Contact Type" and tap on either Lead, Client, or Applicant and enter the following information
          1. First Name
          2. Last name
          3. Email/Phone #
        3. Once you have entered the following information tap "Save and Return to Contacts"
        4. If you choose “Select from my Phone Contacts” you’ll be able to access the contacts on your device. Select a person and then choose their phone or email to add to OneDay; then tap “Add New Contact"
  6. Once a Contact is added you will have the ability to “+ ADD ADDITIONAL RECIPIENT”
      1. Once you tap “+ADD ADDITIONAL RECIPIENT” select "Enter Email/Phone Number"
        1. Add new contact by email - enter the following
          1. First Name
          2. Last Name
          3. Email
          4. Save Recipient
        2. Add new contact by mobile # - enter the following
          1. First Name
          2. Last Name
          3. Mobile #
          4. Save Recipient
      2. Once you’ve added the Contact and Additional Recipients, you can tap "Save and Return to Contacts" at the bottom of the screen. Select the contacts (s) you want to create a video for and tap "Create Video for Contact."
