How do I setup an automation?

  1. Log in to your OneDay account
  2. Select "Admin Portal"
  3. Click "Automation"
  4. On the right hand side select the appropriate community/team you want to be part of the automation
  5. Click on the drop down arrow under "Stage Name" and select the appropriate stage name
  6. Click "Attach Video" and select the video you want attached to that particular stage
  7. Click "Next: Email Composition"
  8. Choose who you want the video to come from by selecting from the drop down menu
  9. Enter an "Email Subject Line" and text in the "Message Text" area (optional). You can also add a CTA button (optional)
  10. Click on "Save Video Settings" at the bottom
  11. A rule is created. Once it's saved, it means that the next time a prospect moves into that particular stage OneDay's system will automatically send them the video message that was attached.
  12. If a prospect moves back and forth between stages they will not receive the same email twice.
  13. Your CRM statuses are pre-populated in the Automation section which makes setup very seamless.
